Rentals

Looking for rental housing?

Currently, all of our rental units are occupied. To be notified when a unit becomes available, please complete our brief Housing Interest Form. We are actively rehabbing additional units in the neighborhood and will reach out as they become available. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis when openings occur.

Application process

Our rental units are available to households at or below 80% of AMI (Area Median Income), with some units reserved for families at 50% of AMI. The application process is handled exclusively by Canton for All People.

  • Property management will request documents for identity and income verification.
  • Applications are not complete (and cannot be reviewed) until all required documents are received.
  • After submission, a credit, criminal, and sex offender report is run. We review criminal records for the past 7 years from the application date.
