Unlike traditional developers, we construct our homes in-house as a nonprofit builder, allowing us to control quality, manage costs, and prioritize mission over profit. This model enables us to provide the best home possible at the most attainable price, ensuring that working families can access safe, efficient, and well-built homes that remain affordable over time.
We are committed to investing locally. Our homes are built using local labor, local contractors, and regional suppliers, strengthening the local construction workforce while reinvesting resources directly into Canton’s economy. Each home is constructed with attention to craftsmanship, energy efficiency, and neighborhood character — creating houses that families are proud to own and neighborhoods are strengthened by.
